Beef Cutlet Bread

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 KG Beef chunk(undercut)
  • 2tbsp ginger-garlic-green chilies paste
  • ½ cup vinegar
  • 2tsp jeerem meerem powder
  • Salt as per taste
  • Semolina for coating
  • Oil for frying

FOR BREAD STUFFING

  • Goan cabbage salad
  • Tomato ketchup
  • Mayonnaise

PREPARATION

  • Thinly slice the meat and marinate it with ginger garlic green chilies paste, vinegar, jeerem meerem powder and salt
  • Let it marinate for 2-3 hours
  • Mix well and thoroughly coat the meat slices with semolina.
  • Take a pan, add enough oil to shallow fry the meat slice
  • Once the oil is hot enough, gently place the coated meat slices.
  • Fry till done.
  • Serve hot in a bread, stuffed with Goan cabbage salad.
