Kingfish Rawa Fry

INGREDIENTS:

  • King Fish

For Marinating the fish:

  • Turmeric powder
  • Chilli powder
  • Lemon
  • Salt

For Coating the fish:

  • Semolina/Rawa
  • Oil

PREPARATION:

  • Take a slice of kingfish
  • Wash and apply salt, ½ tsp turmeric, ½ tsp red chilly powder and lemon juice
  • After 15 minutes, coat it with semolina
  • Heat the pan, add oil when hot, place the kingfish, fry on both the sides till golden brown
  • Serve hot with a salad as a starter or with Goan rice curry.
