Prawns Potato Chops

  • Potatoes-6-7 pcs(medium size)

Prawn filling Preparation:

  • Take oil in a pan, add onion, green chillies, ginger garlic paste, and stir
  • After 3 min add turmeric powder, red chilli powder, pepper powder, and mix well
  • Add prawns, let it cook with the masala. Then add tomatoes
  • Let the prawn filling cook for 10 min
  • Once done add the chopped coriander.

Ingredients For prawn filling:

  • Prawns-200gms
  • Onions-3
  • Tomato-1
  • Green chillies 1
  • Ginger garlic paste-1tsp
  • Turmeric powder-½tsp
  • Red chilli powder-½ tsp
  • Pepper powder-½ tsp
  • Coriander leaves to garnish
  • Oil for frying
  • Salt as per taste
Prawn Potato Chops Recipe

Chops Preparation:

  • Boil the potatoes in a pressure cooker for 2-3 whistles
  • Once done, peel the skin of the potatoes and mash them ,with the masher
  • Take a ball size of mashed potato in your palm,make hollow depression and add a spoonful of prawn filling
  • Roll it into a ball and gently flatten
  • Give a egg wash and coat it with semolina
  • Shallow fry in oil on both the sides till golden brown.

This tasty Prawn Chops delight is served with a tomato ketchup.
