Squids Masala

INGREDIENTS

  • 250 gms Squids 
  • 2 medium Onions
  • 3Tbsp Recheado masala 
  • 2tbsp Oil
  • Salt as per taste

Method of Preparation

  1. Clean the squids and cut into rings, wash and apply salt and keep aside
  2. In a pan, add oil, once heated add the squids and stir for 2 min.
  3. Then add the onions, mix well and let it cook for 2-3 min
  4. Add the recheado masala and mix
  5. Let it cook for 10 -15 min on a slow flame till the squids masala is dry in consistency.
  6. Serve hot as a starter.
