INGREDIENTS

  • Lepo -200gms
  • Turmeric powder-½ tsp
  • Salt to taste
  • Oil for frying
  • Semolina-3tbsp

Method of Preparation

  1. Clean the lepo by removing the skin and chopping the head
  2. Wash and apply salt and turmeric powder
  3. Coat it with semolina on both the sides
  4. In a pan, add oil and shallow fry them on both the sides.
  5. Serve hot with Goan rice and curry.
