  • Dried bombil-5 pcs
  • Onions-2 medium
  • tomato-1
  • Green chilli-1
  • Lemon-1
  • Salt
  • vinegar-½ tsp
  • Coriander leaves-1tbsp
  • Coconut oil-1tbsp

Method of Preparation

  1. Cut the dried bombil into inch size pieces, and fry them in coconut oil. Keep aside
  2. Cut the onions and tomatoes  length wise, chop the green chillies finely.
  3. In a bowl add the chopped onions, tomatoes, green chillies, fried bombil.
  4. Then add lemon juice, vinegar, salt and coriander leaves. Mix well
  5. The simple salad is ready to serve.
