Thinly slice the meat and marinate it with ginger garlic green chilies paste, vinegar, jeerem meerem powder and salt
Let it marinate for 2-3 hours
Mix well and thoroughly coat the meat slices with semolina.
Take a pan, add enough oil to shallow fry the meat slice
Once the oil is hot enough, gently place the coated meat slices.
Fry till done.
Serve hot in a bread, stuffed with Goan cabbage salad.
