  • 200gms Prawns
  • 1 tsp Turmeric powder
  • 3 Tbsp Semolina
  • Oil for frying
  • Salt as per taste

Method of Preparation

  1. Deshell and devein the prawns (medium size)
  2. Wash and apply salt, 1 tsp turmeric and mix well
  3. Heat a pan, add oil for shallow frying
  4. Coat the prawns with semolina
  5. Once the oil is hot, fry the prawns on both the sides till golden brown
  6. Serve hot as a starter with salad
