  • 12pcs Mussels
  • Turmeric powder -1tsp
  • Red chilli powder -1tsp
  • ½ lemon juice
  • Semolina to coat
  • Oil for frying
  • Salt as per taste

Method of Preparation

  1. Clean and wash the mussels well
  2. Apply salt, lemon juice, turmeric powder, chili powder and keep aside
  3. Heat oil in a pan for frying
  4. Coat the mussels with semolina well
  5. Once oil is hot, shallow fry the mussels on both the sides
  6. Serve hot with salad as a starter.
