							<ol><li style="font-weight: 400;" aria-level="1"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Clean the squids, chop the tentacles, apply the salt and keep aside</span></li><li aria-level="1"><span style="font-weight: 400;">In a pan, sauté the onion with 1tbsp oil, till translucent</span></li><li style="font-weight: 400;" aria-level="1"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Add the chopped green chillies and sauté. Then add the tentacles and let it cook for 5 min</span></li><li style="font-weight: 400;" aria-level="1"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Next, add the tomatoes till soft, then add the recheado masala and cook for 6-8 min</span></li><li style="font-weight: 400;" aria-level="1"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Check for salt, sugar and add if needed. Add the chopped coriander leaves and mix.</span></li><li style="font-weight: 400;" aria-level="1"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Let it cool</span></li><li style="font-weight: 400;" aria-level="1"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Once cooled, stuff the squids only little more than half.</span></li><li style="font-weight: 400;" aria-level="1"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Use toothpick to seal the opening</span></li><li style="font-weight: 400;" aria-level="1"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Take a pan , add oil and the recheado masala. Then add the stuffed squids and sauté for a min. Add ½ cup water</span></li><li style="font-weight: 400;" aria-level="1"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Cover and cook for 12-15min</span></li><li style="font-weight: 400;" aria-level="1"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Finally add the ketchup. Cook uncovered for 2-3 min.</span></li><li style="font-weight: 400;" aria-level="1"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Serve hot</span></li></ol>						</div>

The Salty and Tangy Dried Fish is loved by every Goan. The Dry Prawn Kismur is a dried fish delight made of dried prawns and served as a salad. The tiny prawns known as &#8220;galmo&#8221; is usually used in the preparation of Kismur. 							<h4>Prawn filling Preparation:</h4><ol><li style="font-weight: 400;" aria-level="1"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Take oil in a pan, add onion, green chillies, ginger garlic paste, and stir</span></li><li style="font-weight: 400;" aria-level="1"><span style="font-weight: 400;">After 3 min add turmeric powder, red chilli powder, pepper powder, and mix well</span></li><li style="font-weight: 400;" aria-level="1"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Add prawns, let it cook with the masala. Then add tomatoes</span></li><li style="font-weight: 400;" aria-level="1"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Let the prawn filling cook for 10 min</span></li><li style="font-weight: 400;" aria-level="1"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Once done add the chopped coriander.</span></li></ol><h4>Chops Preparation:</h4><ol><li style="font-weight: 400;" aria-level="1"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Boil the potatoes in a pressure cooker for 2-3 whistles</span></li><li style="font-weight: 400;" aria-level="1"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Once done, peel the skin of the potatoes and mash them ,with the masher</span></li><li style="font-weight: 400;" aria-level="1"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Take a ball size of mashed potato in your palm,make hollow depression and add a spoonful of prawn filling</span></li><li style="font-weight: 400;" aria-level="1"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Roll it into a ball and gently flatten</span></li><li style="font-weight: 400;" aria-level="1"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Give a egg wash and coat it with semolina</span></li><li style="font-weight: 400;" aria-level="1"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Shallow fry in oil on both the sides till golden brown.</span></li></ol>						</div>
